Faulty or Damaged Items
We take great pride in handcrafting every custom photo magnet in‑house. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us through our returns portal below or via email within the required timeframe so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
Change of Mind
Because our products are custom‑made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change‑of‑mind. This includes situations where a customer decides they no longer want the item, selected the wrong photo, or made an error during customisation.
Lodging a Return Request
All return enquiries must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. You can lodge a request through our returns portal, or by emailing us at capturelyco@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of any damage or faults to help us assess your claim quickly.
